Our traditional service is on Sunday morning at 11am in the Sanctuary. Childcare is available.
The choir at Epworth is an integral part of church life, leading the congregation in worship each week. The choir performs a variety of repertoire, ranging from classic choral literature to more contemporary works. Rehearsals are held each Wednesday evening at 7:00pm. Tim Ellison is the Music Director at Epworth. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Religion from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He has completed graduate work at Georgia Southern University and Duquesne University. His professional affiliations include: Georgia Music Educators Association (GMEA), National Association for Music Education (MENC), National Education Association (NEA), and the Georgia Association of Educators (GAE). Mr. Ellison is a native of Chattanooga, Tennessee. A few of his hobbies include: world religions, playing piano, spending time with friends and family, and cooking.
Dotti Croker is the accompanist at Epworth. She received an Associate of Arts from Mars Hill Junior College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Bob Jones University. Dotti has served as an accompanist for various churches and the director of several performing ensembles. She has been at Epworth since 1997. She is the past president of the Jubalheirs, a women's choral organization sponsored by the Georgia Baptist Association. Dotti is a world traveler and a master of card making.
